Sheets vs Excel — what do I get?

Both. A Google Sheets template (Make-a-copy link) and an Excel .xlsx. Sample workbook (prefilled demo couple) plus an empty master. Dual-format parity is a builder must-have.

Will it work on phone or tablet?

You can view and light-edit in the Sheets or Excel mobile apps. Heavier setup (seating, budget wiring) is more comfortable on desktop. This is a digifile, not a native mobile app.

What are “lifetime updates”?

When we ship meaningful module improvements, you’ll get update emails with refreshed file links. No monthly fee. Short launch promos may appear occasionally; default price is full list.

Is Planner Pro for professional planners?

Refund, privacy, terms.

Refund / 7-day file-opens guarantee

Within 7 days of purchase, if the Google Sheets or Excel files will not open or you cannot access them, email support for a full refund per this policy. We may ask for a short description of the access failure (e.g. link error, file corrupt, account permission issue) so we can fix delivery for others.

This guarantee covers file opens / access. It is not a hard “no questions asked for any reason” promise covering wedding outcomes, change of plans, or preference alone. Once files open successfully and the window passes, sales are final for digital goods except where required by law.

Privacy (GDPR-friendly brief)

We process personal data to fulfill orders, send download/access links, provide support, and (only if you opt in or as allowed by law) product updates. Typical data: name, email, payment metadata via our checkout provider, and support messages.

  • Legal bases: contract (delivery), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention), consent where required (marketing).
  • Retention: order and support records as needed for tax/compliance and your account history; marketing until you unsubscribe.
  • Processors: payment (Paddle), email delivery, hosting (Cloudflare Pages). They process data under their terms.
