This policy explains how Digital Product Machine (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit the Full Wedding OS lander or purchase our digifile products.

What we collect

Contact and order data: name, email, and payment metadata from our checkout provider (Paddle when live).
Support messages you send us.
Technical logs typical of hosting (IP, user agent) via Cloudflare Pages.
Optional analytics/ads tags only after a real Meta Pixel ID (or similar) is configured — the lander ships with a stub placeholder only.

Why we process data

Contract: fulfill digital delivery (Sheets copy link, Excel download, setup docs).
Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, product improvement.
Consent: marketing emails where required by law; you may unsubscribe anytime.

Processors

Payment (Paddle when enabled), email delivery, and Cloudflare hosting may process data under their respective terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Order and support records are kept as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution. Marketing lists until you opt out.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar regime, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. International transfers
